When installing, be sure to pay attention to the principle of low inlet and high outlet for the positive and negative poles. The bottom is always the water inlet, regardless of the positive and negative poles. And check that there is no water leakage at the interface, prepare enough water in the reservoir before use, and observe whether there are bubbles in the water pipe after the water is passed. If there are bubbles, close it and open it after the bubbles disappear. Otherwise it will cause damage to the laser tube. In order to maintain the good performance of the laser tube, please use a water temperature controllable chiller between 15~25 degrees Celsius, and the water flow speed should not be less than about 2~4L/min. If the cooling water is unstable, it will cause the laser tube to skip the mode and the spot shape. Unstable. The installation position of the laser tube is at 1/4 of the total length of the laser tube. Leave enough space between the high-pressure end of the laser tube and any other metal surfaces. If the gap is too small, the high voltage used to trigger the laser tube will spark fire with the metal surface, causing damage to the laser tube and even other major electronic components.

Laser tube dimming path collimation standard

When the laser tube is replaced with a new tube, subtle changes such as the position may affect the optical path change, so it is recommended to calibrate whether the optical path is collimated at this time. So how to check whether the light path is collimated. First, stick a piece of double-sided tape on the second reflector. It is recommended that multiple layers of double-sided tape be stacked together, and then shoot it to see the dots on the double-sided tape. Then move the second mirror to the other side and hit again to see if it overlaps. If it overlaps, it is the collimated light path. Then the third mirror is also calibrated in the same way.

Necessary measures when installing laser lenses

During the installation and cleaning process of the laser lens, in order to avoid secondary pollution, reduce the service life of the laser lens. Therefore, the following precautions must be taken:

1. Do not install the laser lens with bare fingers, but wear finger cots or rubber gloves.

2. Do not use sharp instruments to avoid scratches on the surface of the laser lens.

3. Do not touch the film when taking the lens, but hold the edge of the laser lens.

4. The laser lens should be placed in a dry and tidy place for testing and cleaning. There should be several layers of cleaning paper towels or wipes on the surface of a good workbench, and several pieces of lens cleaning tissues.

5. The user should avoid talking above the laser lens, and keep food, beverages and other potential pollutants away from the work environment.

Several measures to prevent laser tube failure

First of all, we need to learn to distinguish whether the laser tube has failed, and observe the color of the laser tube. If the color in the laser tube is pink, that is, it is still the case when the laser power is increased, then it can be concluded that the laser tube has failed. All of the laser tubes will be at the end of their service life, so prevention of laser tube rupture is imminent. Several methods to prevent the laser tube from breaking are summarized below:

1. The air humidity should not be too high. If water droplets are found on the outer cover of the laser tube, the humidity of the working environment can be reduced, and air dryers and air conditioners can be used. A humid environment can also cause the laser tube to rupture.

2. The air pressure inside the laser tube should not be too far apart from the outside air pressure. For the laser tube and the outer tube, there will be a certain pressure value. If the difference is too large, the laser tube will easily be broken. Therefore, we can properly set the air pressure in the laser tube to reduce the pressure difference.

3. When adjusting the laser light path, you cannot easily unload the reflector of the laser machine. If the reflector is removed, the laser power will not be generated after the laser tube is replaced. Therefore, it cannot be unloaded before replacing the laser tube. Remove the mirror.

How to solve the unstable laser tube's small light intensity

1. Disconnect some power first and wipe the high-voltage head clean with a cotton cloth. Just scrub gently.

2. Cut off the broken water pipe, reconnect it to the laser tube, and then tie it with a cable tie.

3. You can reconnect the high-voltage line. If there are 7 silver wires in the high-voltage wire, then one cannot be less.

4. You can use a fan to dry the wet area of ​​the high-pressure head, wait for half an hour, and then turn it on again.

Solution to water leakage of laser tube high pressure head water pipe

There are several ways to repair the laser power supply

1. The method of replacing key components. Generally, it does not emit light. You can change the amplifier tube 460 or 450 first, and then consider changing the high-voltage package.

The CO2 laser power supply does not emit light? How to repair?

1. Turn on the power and observe the failure point of the laser power supply.

2. First determine whether the cooling fan is rotating: if the fan is rotating, it means that the high-voltage line is malfunctioning; otherwise, the fan is not rotating, it means that the control circuit is malfunctioning.

3. When the fan is running, check whether there is voltage in the output of the 220V power supply after rectification, and then check whether the power amplifier tube is burned out, and whether the voltage after the power amplification is normal is a 400-600V DC pulse. If it is normal, it can be concluded that it is a high voltage package. If it fails, replace it.

4. When the fan does not turn, check whether the voltage after the bridge rectifier and stabilized voltage is normal, and then check whether the voltage after the transformation is normal, usually the control chip is prone to failure.
