Service Commitment


(1) We provide 24-hour all-weather technical service and guarantee to respond within 2 hours after a problem occurs (reported in writing or by phone by the user).

(2) We provide free technical service during the warranty period.

(3) After the warranty period, we provide zero-profit technical service and maintenance.

(4) From the date of manufacture, within the warranty period, provided that the user uses it according to the instructions, if the laser tube has a power attenuation of less than 75% or internal faults such as no light in the tube, discharge in the tube, or discoloration of the light in the tube, we will be responsible for repair or free replacement (see our company's relevant product instructions for details).
