Pulsed laser power supply
The pulsed laser power supply is specifically designed for pulsed Nd:YAG lasers. It uses a switching power supply and is controlled by a microcontroller, making it a true CNC power supply.
Continuous laser power supply
The power supply uses a constant-frequency, variable-width method to achieve high-precision constant current output. The output current ripple is small, and the stability is high. The ignition part adopts a three-stage current continuation method of series high-voltage package arcing, LC sub-high voltage relay, and low-voltage constant current continuation arc current. Coupled with an ignition monitoring circuit, it achieves automatic ignition, with a first-time ignition success rate of over 99%.
Differences between laser tubes and foreign CO2 lasers
Domestically produced glass lasers (i.e., laser tubes) and imported lasers have essentially the same processing purposes and applications. However, there are significant differences in appearance, structure, lifespan, and performance.
Laser tube performance
Because the laser tube is a consumable for laser engraving machines, its lifespan is the most important factor for users when making a purchase. Differences in lifespan are mainly due to processing technology and design technology. Generally, the working lifespan of domestic laser tubes is around 1500 hours (for example, 60W).
Structure of the laser tube
Hard glass part; This component is made of GG17 material and consists of a discharge tube, water jacket, gas storage jacket, and return gas pipe. Sealed CO2 lasers usually have a three-layer tube structure. The innermost layer is the discharge tube, the middle layer is the water jacket, and the outermost layer is the gas storage jacket. The return gas pipe is used to connect the discharge tube and the gas storage tube.
